Eggs (for 4 cups of cooked rice)
Long beans (called Bora in Guyana)
Scallions (green onions)
Boil your rice
When the rice is done, take it from the heat and sieve it in a colander.
Add Legend chefs gourmet fried rice sauce to your boiled rice, turn until you have a desirable flavor.
Dice your vegetables into small sizes; This gives your food a good taste and look.
Pour oil into the pan and let it get hot.
Add 2 beaten eggs (or more eggs if you like) into the oil in the pan and stir till it is soft.
Add finely diced Long beans, onions, and carrot into the pan; keep stirring.
Add Beef, chicken, or shrimp (you can add the three, but the most common in Guyana is the chicken fried rice).
Add the sauced boiled rice into the cooked eggs, vegetables, and beef/chicken/shrimps; keep stirring.
Add scallion and black pepper into the pan.
Keep stirring until the food gets cooked at the temperature you want.
