Slowly simmered in the aromatic Legend Chefs Gourmet Chow Mein sauce and served with thick bread for dipping, the meat becomes delightfully soft and supple.   1. Add oil to the pan.
  2. Add onions to the oil in the pan and stir till It is cooked.
  3. Add garlic to the onion and keep stirring till it is cooked.
  4. Add brown sugar and keep stirring till it is cooked
  5. Add beef with Turkey, chicken or pork to the pan (A mixture of pork and beef, but a lot of people don’t eat pork; they use chicken or turkey instead).
  6. Add thyme and orange peel to beef/chicken/turkey/pork; keep stirring till it is cooked.
  7. Add salt and wiri pepper to the pan.
  8. Add Legend Chefs Gourmet Chow Mein sauce and stir till it is well cooked.
  9. Serve and enjoy with thick bread.
